  1. I am happy to try any of the books. I have been a little frustrated with the last one, not because the recipes aren’t great, but because some of the ingredients haven’t been as “every day” for me. I need to shop on my lunch hour, and where I work there are no “specialty” or “whole food” type groceries. The recipes have ranged from either just a nice way to cook a vegetable–not really creative–to containing a few ingredients I don’t have on hand. It’s just slowed me up a bit. So I’m probably better prepared to participate when I don’t need a longer shopping list :-) Debra

    Our next cookbook is Veganomicon. I noticed that in the index it lists “supermarket friendly” recipes. Hopefully those will be easier for you to shop for (:
