  2. I’ve become hooked on A Grain a Day,

    It’s vegan and macrobiotic, and that’s the direction I’m working toward.

  3. Okay, after reading an article I just found Lone Star Plate and it is all things vegan for Texans! I just spent over an hour browsing it…

    Also, I check Alicia Silverstone’s blog frequently.

    And lastly, I really have gotten in to not just Christy Morgan’s blog entry, but also her instructional cooking videos.

  8. My very favorite is “cook eat live vegetarian” at
    Natalie is a former vegetarian restaurant owner living in Spain. Her blog is so informative, and I do sometimes go to her blogroll to explore other sites, but she is really enough for me! I’ve made many of her dishes, and what I like most is that she highlights recipes that are from from ordinary. They are great “entertainment” offerings! She also takes beautiful photos and gives wonderful background on why she’s chosen particular recipes. Debra
